   We are an independent blending facility capable of blending any of the iron powder producers material.

   As an independent blending facility, our goal is to service the needs of all parts manufacturers with the main focus being quality, competitive pricing and responsive delivery.

   Blended batch quantities from 5 pounds to 45,000 pounds. All material is blended and tested per the customers specifications. Pending the customers requirements, material can be tested in house with all green and sintered properties.
Material can be certified to customers specifications.

   We have:

• 5 blenders from 5 to 45,000 pound capacity
• 45,000 pound Munson Blender.
• Rockwell apparent hardness tester
• 60,000 pounds compression tester
• Hall apparent density tester
• Green strength tester
• 3 screeners
• 10,000 square foot facility
• Sintering done in 95% Nitrogen / 5% Hydrogen Atmosphere
